This is a very belated review. We bought a house with Brandon's help in 2021. It was very much a roller coaster ride of repeatedly getting outbid, etc., but in the end we found a house we loved. Brandon was instrumental in our ultimately successful experience. He is very knowledgable about Vermont (not just real estate), is responsive, hard-working, and just an earnest guy. I recommend him with no hesitation or qualifiers!

He also came up with good and creative ways to get noticed by sellers. I ended up buying a FSBO and Brandon helped navigate all the complications that came with that process.
